wedding

Here's the short story of how we came to be Candace and Tim's wedding photographers. For those who don't know, it's total magic and it goes like this:
About a year before the wedding, Candace and I chatted about the early stages of planning and got to know each other. Then a few months later having never met in person before, the universe totally brought us together and we ran into each other at the Rose Bowl swap meet! We both freaked out and decided it was fate. I was destined to shoot this wedding. And the more I learned about Candace and Tim the more excited I was.

Candace is one of the most down-to-earth people I know. When I asked her to tell me about her and Tim she sent me a novel -and you know I live for that- about his proposal and their dynamic. She was super straight up about the great times and the tough times which helped me understand and respect the relationship on their level.
I'm sure you guys put this together but where there's a down-to-earth bride, there's a down-to-earth wedding. This day was all about just letting it happen and having a great time. From super sweet bride and dad getting ready moments all the way through shaking our butts to some Bruno Mars (I'm unapologetically obsessed with 24K Magic) everything just fell into place perfectly.
Of course, it helps when you have an amazing team of vendors like these:
